For the peach-pistachio jam, pit the peaches and cut them into small pieces. Bring to the boil in a saucepan with the sugar.

After a short simmer, grind the peaches with a hand blender. Now add the pistachios and continue to boil briefly.

Fill the peach-pistachio jam into clean, boiled jars and let cool upside down.
