Preheat the oven to 180 °C for the peach blueberry pie. For fresh peaches, peel, pit and cut into wedges; for canned peaches, drain and cut into wedges.

Wash the blueberries and let them dry. Separate the eggs. Cream the butter and mix the sugar with the butter. Stir in the yolks one at a time (about 1 minute per yolk with a hand mixer).

Then stir in the buttermilk. Sift the flour with the baking powder and stir into the batter. Beat the egg whites to a snow and fold in carefully.

Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread the peach slices and the blueberries on the dough.

Then bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 35 – 40 minutes.
