A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Cook a kneaded dough from baking powder, almond kernels, flour, sugar, egg, and light butter. Bake in a greased springform pan at 200 °C for 35-40 min.
Cook a filling from curd, gelatin, sugar, juice v.
1 lemon and whipped cream.
Cover the cooled bottom of the cake with a springform pan, spread the curd mixture on it and let it set in the refrigerator.
Place the peach slices on top of the set cake, make a glaze with sugar, cake glaze, white wine and spread evenly over the peaches.
