For the peach soup, peel and core the peaches and apples and cut them into thin slices. Put the slices in a pot with the cold water and bring to a boil.

Boil until the fruit is soft and add sugar to taste. Whisk the sour cream well with the flour and thicken the soup with it. Mix well, season to taste and make the peach soup spicy with lemon juice.
