For the peanut puree, peel the peanuts, place them in a high-performance food processor and grind on the highest setting.
Make sure that the mass is not too hot, rather accept a longer waiting time in between.
Grind the peanut puree until it has the desired consistency. This can take a while because of the “cooling times”.
Depending on the texture of the nuts, I add a little peanut oil drop by drop but really only a little. If you like, you can add a little salt.
