Instructions:

(*) For a cake pan (quiche pan) 30 cm long.

Cream soft butter with salt, vanilla sugar, sugar and eggs. Cut pears into slices and add. Add nuts, flour and baking powder and mix well.

Pour into a cake tin (quiche tin) lined with baking parchment and bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for fifty to sixty minutes.

USE.

The cake is very juicy!
