Instructions:

Rinse leek, chop and blanch in vegetable soup for five minutes. Refrigerate with the clear soup.

Remove the skin from the pears, chop, chop the feta cheese and blend the whole thing together with the leek and with the clear soup. Add whipped cream, yogurt, cream cheese, mix well and season strongly with juice of one lemon, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Tip: Use a normal or light yogurt yes as needed!
