Instructions:

Season pork fish with salt, wrap with pancetta, season with steak pepper. 20 min at 165 °C in the stove form.

Then rest and cut open. Boil whipping cream and honey, add mustard. Fill up with roast stock.

Short baby carrots, cool in iced water. Sauté in butter and sugar. Sauté baby snap peas in butter and sugar only, do not blanch.
