For the Baked Peppers with Feta, preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Wash the peppers, cut off the top and take out the seeds.

Wash and finely chop the parsley.

Line a deep baking tray with foil.

Mash the feta with a fork and mix well with the yogurt and parsley. Beat the egg with a fork and stir it in.

Fill the peppers with the cheese mixture and place on the baking sheet.

Drizzle the olive oil over the top and bake in the oven on the middle shelf for about 15 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle the baked peppers with feta with lemon juice and sprinkle with pepper and oregano.
