Instructions:

Peel the pineapple, cut into evenly thick slices and remove the hard core from the slices.

Drain the canned product.

Break the pineapple slices into pieces and arrange on a platter.

Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a large enough bowl, bring to the table.

Whip the whipped cream, mix with the kirsch and salt and the coconut flakes and serve separately.

Cut the Gouda into slices, then into pieces of about 3×3 cm and arrange them as well.

Everyone puts a little bit of chocolate in the middle of their raclette pan, pineapple pieces on the outside, a few slices of cheese on top, season with cinnamon as desired.

Last but not least, put a tablespoon of coconut cream on top of each unit, place in the raclette dish and wait until the cheese has melted.

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
