Instructions:

For the pineapple-ginger tea, boil the water with sugar and set aside.

Peel the ginger and chop very finely. Break the cinnamon stick into coarse pieces. Add both to the sugar water and let steep, covered, for about 20 minutes. Add the tea, pineapple juice and orange juice, heat but do not boil.

Pour the pineapple-ginger tea through a sieve into preheated glasses.
