For the pineapple spelt wholemeal cake, mix the pineapple with rum and let stand for an hour.

Mix the soy flour with 6 tablespoons of cold water and stir until smooth. Beat the egg whites with the cane sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Then fold in the oil, milk, soy flour, flour and baking powder. Finally, mix in the pineapple and spread the batter on a baking pan lined with baking paper.

Bake the pineapple spelt wholemeal cake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 30 minutes.
