Instructions:

Finely mash the bananas with a fork or mash them in a hand mixer. Whip the whipped cream mixed with maple syrup and fructose until stiff. Season with vanilla pulp. Mix with the mashed bananas. Form the 4 slices of pineapple into dessert bowls, infuse with the white rum and dextrose. Then place a unit of banana cream on each pineapple slice. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top. Freeze in the freezer for 2 hours.
