Chill dough in about 1 hour, roll out thinly.
Cut out with a round, serrated give (4 cm ø).

Electricity: 170 to 200 °C (preheated).
Gas: level 3-4 (preheated).
Baking time: about 8 min.
Loosen cookies, cool:
Melt semi-sweet cooking chocolate with coconut fat in a water bath, coat cookies with it, sprinkle with coarsely chopped, roasted pine nuts.
