Instructions:

Put the flour in a large enough bowl and make a dent in the center.

Crumble the yeast, together with salt and Italian herbs to the flour form. Gradually add 1/4 l of lukewarm water to the dough and knead until smooth.

Leave to rise in a warm place with the lid closed for about 30 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the filling.

Cut the bacon into small cubes, remove the peel from the onion and chop finely. Fry both in a frying pan, add tomatoes, crush, season with pizza seasoning, seasoning paste, salt and freshly ground pepper. Boil down the whole until creamy.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle [40x20cm], spread with the pizza filling and roll up. Cut into slices with a sharp kitchen knife (or freeze and cut into slices) .

Place the pizza dough on a baking tray, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for approx.10 min at 180 degrees.
