Instructions:

For the pizza sticks, prepare the dough according to the basic pizza dough recipe.

Then cut into triangles (side length about 15 cm). Brush the edges with water and shape the dough pieces into stanitzels. Press the edges well together.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, removing the seeds and juice. Cut peppers into short strips, mozzarella into small cubes.

Mix mozzarella, tomato and bell pepper pieces with ricotta and parmesan, season with oregano and thyme. Fill the stanitzels with the mixture.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the stanitzels on it, spacing them slightly apart.

Bake the pizza stanitzels in the preheated oven at 190 °C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
