The day before, peel the garlic clove, press it through a press. Stir through with three tablespoons of oil and the herbs.

Preheat oven to 225 °C. Roll out dough on floured surface to a 20 by 15 centimeter sheet. Using a pastry wheel, divide into 10 by 2 centimeter pieces. Brush baking sheet with remaining oil. Place sticks on top. Brush with the seasoning oil.

Bake on the second rack from the bottom in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve as a side dish with the Paradeiser-Consomme.
