For the pizza strudel, knead curd with flour, egg yolk, butter and salt to a dough and then let rest for about 1 hour.

For the filling, strain and drain the champions and corn. Chop cheese, ham and cant sausage.

Add mushrooms and corn and stir in ketchup. Season with pizza seasoning. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.

Spread the filling in the center and fold the strudel to the center.

Brush the pizza strudel with melted butter and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for approx. 40 minutes.
