For plaice fillets with bacon, sprinkle fish fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Dice the bacon, render and strain.
Preheat oven to 200 °C. Fry the plaice fillets in flour in bacon fat and oil until crispy brown on both sides, place in a baking dish.
Bake for 5 minutes. Serve the plaice fillets sprinkled with bacon and herbs.
