Instructions:

For the plaice fried in sesame with broccoli noodles, slowly defrost the frozen plaice fillets. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper and let stand briefly.

Meanwhile, clean broccoli and divide into small florets. In a saucepan, bring plenty of salted water to a boil with a little baking soda, add broccoli and cook just a few minutes until al dente. Drain, briefly rinse in cold water and drain.

In another pot, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Also strain, rinse in cold water and drain.

Now sprinkle the plaice fillets with sesame seeds. Heat some butter and oil in a large frying pan, put the plaice fillets in and fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes each, not too hot.

In another pan, also melt some butter and toss the pasta in it. Mix in broccoli well, stir in pine nuts and season with salt, pepper, chili and a small dash of olive or nut oil.

Remove the plaice, serve with the broccoli noodles and garnish with dill and lemon slices.
