Clean the plaice. Mix white wine, juice of one lemon and zest, pepper, chopped parsley, onion, dill and oil to a marinade. Let the plaice marinate for at least 2 hours, meanwhile turn them once on the other side.

Remove the fish and grill under preheated broiler for 5 to 6 min on each side. Meanwhile, drain the mussel sauce and mix with egg yolk and cheese. Carefully mix in the mussels. Season the grilled plaice with salt on both sides, spread the mussel mixture on the light side and grill again briefly.

Tip: Always use organic lemons for cooking, if possible!
