For plum bites, dice the plums very finely. Pour schnapps or cream and soak in it for 8 hours.

Simmer over low heat until all the liquid has evaporated. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Carefully grease 12 tartlet molds.

Beat butter in flakes and powdered sugar until thick and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one by one. Add flour, then baking powder, then the cooled plums to the batter.

Now fill into the prepared ramekins and bake the plum bites for about 20 minutes.
