For the plum crumble, grease the ramekins with a little margarine. Wash the plums, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Mix the plum cubes with the spices and maple syrup and fill the ramekins justly.

Put the ingredients for the crumble in a bowl, mix with your fingers until crumbly and spread over the plums. Place the ramekins in the airfryer basket.

Bake the plum crumble at 180 °C for approx. 25 minutes until the surface is brown and crispy. If necessary, peek in between to check the browning.

Allow the plum crumble to cool slightly and serve while still warm.
