For the curd dough:







Instructions:

Wash the plums and dry them well.

For the dough, mix all the ingredients. Divide into 8 equal parts and form them into round patties.

Put one plum in each and close the dough all around.

Carefully place the dumplings in lightly simmering water. Let them soak for about 10 minutes. They are ready when they float to the top.

Melt the butter and fry the breadcrumbs in it. Add the cinnamon and stir. Roll the dumplings in the breadcrumbs.

Sprinkle plum dumplings with powdered sugar before serving.
