For the plum strudel, cut the plums into small pieces and mix well with lemon juice, nuts, cinnamon and sugar. Fry butter with breadcrumbs until golden brown.

Take the dough out of the package, roll out on a damp cloth, sprinkle with the toasted breadcrumbs, spread the plum-nut mixture on the upper third, fold in the edges and roll up the strudel.

Heat the oven to 200 °C and bake the strudel for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar.
