For the poached cod, soak the cod with salt, pepper, a little lemon juice and water about 1 hour before preparation.

Chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a little oil. Add mushrooms, sauté and add a little water and let it steam a little until the water evaporates.

Then add carrots and zucchini and sauté them as well. Dust with paprika powder and curry and deglaze with lemon juice. Add strained tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Turn down the heat and add the fish fillets. Poach on both sides with the lid closed for about 3-4 minutes.
