Instructions:

Mix the ingredients for the sauce thoroughly. While stirring vigorously, drizzle in the olive oil. Set aside.

In a shallow saucepan, cover fish with water. Add dill stalks (all but one) and seasonings. Bring to a boil, cooking salmon for 3-5 min.

Drain fish and bring to table with sauce (perhaps stirring again), garnish with remaining dill stalk.

Serve with: Garlic-pomegranate puree

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
