Instructions:

Rinse the pointed cabbage, spin it and cut into strips.

Fry shallot cubes in hot butter, add flour, fold in and pour in whipping cream. Cook until viscous while stirring.

Fold in pointed cabbage and simmer gently for five to ten minutes. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper and keep warm.
