Boil salt with tap water. Sprinkle semolina in slowly, cook for 2-3 min on the stove. Remove the saucepan from the stove, stir the eggs into the semolina and let them swell for about 1000 cmin.

Add the almond pieces. Season with salt, nutmeg and pepper.

Fry the ham slices in the hot butter until crisp. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Spread both evenly on the polenta.

Rinse sage, shake dry, pluck leaves from stalks and place on polenta. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.

Preparation : 60 min.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give a wonderful touch to your dish!
