For the polenta gnocchi, boil skim milk with butter, season with salt, pepper and grated nutmeg. Boil down the polenta and simmer until the mixture reaches a thick consistency, let it cool down a bit and stir the egg yolk and grated cheese into the mixture. Form dumplings with a spoon and place in a coated pan. Fry in the oven at approx. 180 °C for about 8 minutes.
