For pomegranate and pineapple lettuce, wash the lettuce and dry it in a salad spinner. Place the lettuce leaves in a large bowl.

Halve the avocados, peel them, slice them and drizzle with lemon or lime juice. Slice the pineapple, remove the peel and hard core from the center of the pineapple. Cut the pomegranates in half and scoop out the flesh with the seeds.

Place the pineapple and avocado slices alternately on the lettuce leaves.

Make a dressing with the mayonnaise, lemon or lime juice, olive oil and salt.

Pour it carefully over the salad and sprinkle the pomegranate seeds on top.
