For the poppy seed pancake, preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix all the remaining ingredients well and fold the snow into this mixture. In an ovenproof pan, gently heat the butter and honey and pour in the batter. Bake a little and then put the pan in the oven. Bake the mixture for about 20 minutes. Then take it out and turn it over.

On the stove, also briefly bake the bottom side and pick the poppy seed pancake with two forks and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
