Instructions:

For the poppy seed roulade, beat the eggs and sugar until creamy. Fold in flour and poppy seeds, line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough on it.

Bake at 200° top/bottom heat, let cool and spread with currant jam or strawberry jam. Spread whipped cream on top, roll up and enjoy the poppy seed roulade.
