Instructions:

For the pork medallions with apples, peel onion, remove seeds from chili and cut both into fine strips (be sure to wear gloves).

Dice the plums. Core apples and cut into wedges. Add butter to a non-stick frying pan and brown the meat on all sides. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Keep warm.

Sauté fruit and vegetables in drippings. Deglaze with juice and soup, bring to a boil and add meat back in. Cover and simmer on low heat for a few minutes.

Season the pork medallions with apples to taste with salt and pepper and serve with potato croquettes, for example.
