For the pork roast, wash the meat, remove bones if necessary, place in a rhein’l. Add finely chopped onion and garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and soup seasoning as well.

Add about 750 ml of water and roast in the oven for 2.5 hours. Keep adding water. Everything must put on a little in the Rhine so that it becomes nicely brown.

Serve with bread dumplings and warm cabbage salad.
