For the pork skewers, first prepare the marinade. For the marinade, mix the juice of the orange and the grated half of the orange with honey, white wine and the rosemary sprigs.

Cut the pork shoulder into cubes of about 3 cm, peel the onions and cut them into eighths. Divide the onion quarters again with your hands. It is best to marinate the meat and onion pieces in the marinade overnight in the refrigerator (closed container).

The next day, remove the meat and onion pieces from the marinade, season with salt and pepper, and thread them alternately onto skewers.

Fry the skewers in a pan in a little oil on all sides. You can add boiled potatoes to the pan and mix them with some of the marinade.

Serve the pork skewers with the potatoes.
