Cut pork fish into tender strips. Heat oil, fry meat in portions, season with salt, paprika and cayenne bell pepper. Cut bell bell pepper into cubes, spring onions into rings, squeeze garlic clove, add all together to meat and sauté. Add clear soup, let it boil up and continue cooking for about 10 minutes. Cut bacon into fine cubes and fry. Add cashew nuts and roast.
Add both to the meat. Bind fillet with sauce thickener and season with Tabasco.
Serve with rice: Butter rice.
