Instructions:

For the potato zucchini rösti, peel the potatoes and zucchini and grate them into a bowl. Let stand a little and squeeze well. Now add the bacon, cheese, eggs, flour and herbs and mix well.

Form loaves from the mixture and fry them in a pan with oil on both sides. Meanwhile, peel and press the garlic cloves (number according to taste) and mix with sour cream and spices/herbs.

If the dressing is too thick, just add a little water.
