Instructions:

For the potato casserole, boil potatoes in their skins until soft. Hard boil eggs. Peel potatoes and eggs, cut both into slices. Chop the sausage into small cubes. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter.

Now layer sausage, potatoes, eggs and sour cream on top of each other in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper in between.

Bake at 200° C until the top layer is crispy and browned.

Wash and sort the lettuce.

Make a vinaigrette with balsamic vinegar, pumpkin seed oil, salt and sour cream and marinate the lettuce with it.

Serve the potato casserole with the lettuce.
