Instructions:

For the potato casserole with anchovies, first wash, peel and dice the potatoes and cook them in salted water.

Press the drained potatoes through a sieve and mix with 125 g butter, adding the eggs little by little.

Now add the grated cheese and the finely chopped anchovies and season with salt and nutmeg.

Grease a baking dish, sprinkle with half of the breadcrumbs and pour in the potato dough. Cover with butter flakes and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs.

Bake the potato casserole at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
