Light butter, for greasing

Brush the potatoes under running water. Make in a saucepan covered with salted water for 25 minutes, drain. Quickly rinse, peel and cool. Cut into slices. Dice the bacon. Remove the peel from the onion and also dice. Grease an ovenproof dish. Put half of the potatoes in it. Mix bacon and onion, put on top. Put the rest of the potatoes on top. Mix flour with 3 tablespoons of sour cream until smooth. Add the rest of the sour cream with the egg and stir. Add salt. Pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Put butter in flakes on top. Put in the heated stove on the middle shelf. Baking time: 40 min. Electric oven: 220 °C
