Instructions:

For the potato mash with imperial vegetables, peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water. Wash the cauliflower and broccoli thoroughly, clean and divide into small florets.

Wash and peel the carrots and cut them into slices with a craft knife. Mix the vegetables and cook in the soup until al dente. Drain the rest of the soup and add the butter, toss the vegetables in it.

Drain the cooked potatoes, add the warm milk and mash with a potato masher.
