For the potato salad, boil and peel the potatoes.

Mix the Burgl’s herb soup with the vinegar, Burgl’s grape seed oil and the mustard.

Slice the shallots thinly, add them to the marinade, slice the potatoes as well and mix everything well. Season the potato salad with salt and pepper.
