Instructions:

For the potato salad with salmon and cucumber, wash the potatoes and boil them with the skin for 20 to 25 minutes. Peel and cut into slices. Peel and finely dice the shallots. Heat soup and add vinegar.

Add shallots and potatoes to the soup and let it infuse for 30 minutes.

Sort the lettuce, wash it and let it drain. Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.

Cut the cucumber into slices. Wash radishes and cut into thin slices. Wash spring onion, cut off ends and cut into rings.

Mix vinegar, mustard seeds, mustard, salt and pepper. Add oil. Mix all prepared salad ingredients with the vinaigrette.
