Instructions:

For the potatoes with bacon, peel the potatoes and cut them into strips, put 4-5 tablespoons of oil and about 1/4 liter of water in a baking dish.

Spread the potato slices on top, season with salt and pepper and place on the middle shelf of the oven at approx. 170 °C convection oven.

After about 35 minutes, spread bacon slices on the potatoes and roast together for another 10-15 minutes. This goes very well with a green salad.
