For the power breakfast, core the apple and cut into small pieces. Mix the oat flakes, chia seeds, flax seeds and sunflower seeds in a bowl, stir in the cinnamon, vanilla powder and apple and pour everything over the rice milk and mix well.

Cover with a lid and leave to soak overnight in the refrigerator.
