Liquefy the coconut oil in a water bath, fold in the chocolate and sifted powdered sugar, then stir in the egg yolks. Whip the egg whites until stiff and add. Heat water bath until boiling and whip until thick. Spread on the wafers, layering four wafers at a time. Weight the plates with a kitchen board and set in the refrigerator. Cut into lozenges the following day.
