For the puff pastry chocolate corners, remove the puff pastry from the packaging. Roll out and divide into squares of equal size.

Place a piece of chocolate in the center of each piece of puff pastry. Brush the edge with egg white and fold the pastry corners in towards the center.

Bake the puff pastry chocolate corners at 180° hot air until they are yellowish.
