For the puff pastry with spinach cream cheese filling, first prepare the filling. To do this, defrost the creamed spinach, add the cream cheese and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Cut the cocktail tomatoes in half.

Roll out the puff pastry and divide it into about 16 squares.

Spread the spinach cream cheese filling on the squares, place one or two halved tomatoes on each square and form the puff pastry squares into pockets. Brush with water or egg and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake the puff pastry pockets in the oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes until golden.
