Coarsely grate the pumpkin. From flour, water, salt and eggs stir a loose dumpling dough and mix in the pumpkin at the end. From this mixture, cut small noodles and put them in boiling water. While the dumplings are cooking, cut the bacon into small cubes and fry them quickly. When the dumplings rise in the water, they are cooked and can be taken out and served with the fried bacon cubes.
